Jubail –II Industrial City Water Project, Jeddah (Jul 2008 - Jul 2009)

Project identification and formed Arden’s Joint Venture with Emerson UAE, TIEPCO KSA for Design, supply installation testing & commissioning of complete energy management solution for Jubail II Water project, to the main EPC company SETE Energy Greece. Independently managed the complete process of project negotiation, Approvals in KSA from Water Authorities, FAT, to the project completion certifications.

Telenor Technical Headquarter Faisalabad (Feb 2008 - Jan 2010)

Under this Telenor’s design & build project as project director having cross functional responsibility, authority, and accountability to support the project planning and execution, resource planning, effective budgeting, sub-contracting, international procurements and financial oversight. Also headed the project design team in order to produce the most competitive design while bundling the complete civil infrastructure with all building technologies & data center infrastructure.

UCH power Baluchistan Information & communications infrastructure design & development (Jun 2011 - Jun 2012)

As project director identified and negotiated the project with the EPC Company. Provided overall project management with disintegrating project in to small technology and service project groups and ballooning the project to its optimal delivery. Project included the design supply, installation, testing & commissioning of complete plant-wide ICT Infrastructure, ELV Backbone, Fiber Optics, CCTV, Public Address and voice evacuation system as per KPIs provided by the end user.

KESC Government Billing Project (Apr 2012 - May 2013)

As a utility company KESC was stuck with the Govt. institutions billing process, reconciliation & recovery. As an independent consultant made a complete business case for outsourcing, provided the complete billing data analysis of over five years, reconciliation of accounts with all relevant agencies, agreements & recovery from CDGK, Sindh Police & Pakistan Rangers.

SUPARCO Redundant Command & Control Infrastructure (Jan 2011 - Mar 2014)

As project director led and participated in the prequalification and bidding process, out of more than 25 companies around the world I was able to raise Arden as amongst 3 technically & financially compliant short listed companies and finally winning the contract. Provided complete project planning, resource hiring & provisioning, foreign manufacturers’ negotiations. Management oversight and technical support by leading specific technical tasks and providing quality control and detailed design supervision of major contract deliverables. Project included Pakistan satellite’s complete redundant command & control Infrastructures in Lahore & Karachi, development of Clean rooms for satellite testing and research, design & installation of isolated floors. Complete BMS, ICT & security infrastructure, operation & maintenance.
